How To Make Plarn (Plastic Yarn)

Fold the plastic into half. Make sure it's neat before you fold it.

Then fold it into half again.

Cut the both edge then discard them.

Cut it about an inch.

Then unfold them.

Loop the plastic together.

Make sure that when you loop them, both sides are even.

Then roll it into a ball and use like any other yarn

I found a new idea since I was really struggling on how to provide crochet hook to the girls I am teaching. We have hooks but it's only limited so some girls are borrowing from each other. I found this new idea on how to make crochet hooks out of your old toothbrushes. This idea is really helpful since we don't have enough budget to buy more crochet hooks.
